Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Crimson, Fevicryl 3D Outliners, Fevicryl Fabric Glue,
Take old thali or any type of thali u want. Paint it with Acrylic colour Crimson.
Then with the help of Fevicryl 3D Outliners make design on it paste some decorative stones on it
