Corrugated Quilling Kit – Rabbit
Make a small coil for the nose of the rabbit
This is a corrugated quilling kit – packed with all the materials required for making this bunny
The kit has corrugated quilling strips that are cut in appropriate lengths along with a detailed instruction manual, glue and google eyes
The instruction manual looks like this
The white strips come in two different thicknesses Join two white thicker corrugated strips to make the face of the bunny Curl it neatly into a coil
The two white thinner strips are joined together and rolled into a coil
The thinner coil is then pushed from the centre slightly to form a dome shape The concave side of the dome is then spread with the glue to keep it firm
So we have one thick coil and one thinner coil made into a slight dome for the head of the rabbit
Stick the dome shaped coil on the flat coil as shown to form the head of the rabbit The dome shaped side will be the front face of the rabbit
Take another thin white strip and cut it into half Roll the two cut strips into coils as shown
Pinch the coils from the two opposite sides to form the ears of the rabbit
Stick the ears appropriately
Cut a thin strip from the black strip to make the mouth
Stick the nose and the mouth as shown in the image Stick the google eyes appropriately
Join two pink coloured strips provided in the kit Roll the strips into a coil
Further make the coil into a shallow cone by pushing it from the centre Make a similar cone from the brown coloured paper strips
Apply a layer of glue from the inner side of the cone Leave it to dry completely
Join the two cones, by placing the pink on the top of the brown using the glue to complete the body of the rabbit
Join the head to the body of the rabbit using the glue
Roll the two small coils from a pink strip cut into two equal halves
Make two small cones from the rolled coils
Roll two small coils in white paper strips and pinch them to form a leaf shape
Apply an even layer of glue on the small pink cones
Stick the white leaf shapes in the pink cones for the fore legs of the rabbit
Stick the fore legs of the rabbit as shown in the picture
Roll two small coils from the white strips for the hind legs of the rabbit
Stick the hind legs as shown to complete the rabbit
