This skirt is having French Lace Design. The Embroidery design is made using Liquid Embroidery Colours.
Fevicryl Soft Acrylic Colour White 227, Liquid Embroidery White 707, White Carbon Paper and any one French Lace Design/Pattern of your choice Fine Art Brush, Colour Palette, Yellow Carbon paper.
Take any one plane cloth of your choice.
Trace the French Lace Design Pattern on your cloth where ever you want, with white carbon Paper.
Replicate the Lace Embroidery Pattern using Liquid Embroidery White707 and make some different pattern like lines and dots to fill your Design
Now fill some areas with Soft Acrylic Colour White 227 to give it an finishing like that of an original lace.
