Materials Needed

Fevicryl Fabric Colours White 227, Sky Blue 263, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Plain Navy-Blue Tie, Foam Sheet, Scissors, Paper Cutter, Marker, Corrugated Sheet, Colour Palette, Water Container

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

We are going to paint the Tie with block printing using a car motif.
Take a thin foam sheet.
Mark and cut the shape of the car out of the foam sheet to make a car shaped block for painting on the tie.
Make two such cut outs.
Stick the two cut outs one on the other with Fabric Glue.
Let it dry.
Refer to the image.

Step 2

Take the corrugated sheet to make the holder for the car block by sticking it on the rear side of the car with Fabric Glue.
Let it dry.

Step 3

Take a plain tie.
We have taken Navy Blue colour tie for block printing.

Step 4

Paint with the car block on the tie with Fabric Colours Sky Blue 263.
Let it dry completely.
Paint the outline of the car with Fabric Colours White 227.
Let it dry.
