Take Hobby Ideas Floral Design Stencil.
Take a fluorescent yellow coloured umbrella, place the stencil on the panel towards the bottom side and secure the stencil with a masking tape.
Paint the broad border of the umbrellas with the stencil using shade of blue made by mixing Fevicryl Fabric Colours - White 227 and Cerulean Blue 232 respectively. Leave it to dry.
Repeat the same stenciled flowers in a scattered manner on the alternate panels with Fevicryl Fabric Colours - White 227 and Cerulean Blue 232. Let it dry. Your floral decorated umbrella is ready.
