Chase away the rainy day blues with a pretty little garland and matching votive candles that can be made in minutes!

Materials Needed

Fevicol MR, Scrapbooking paper, Paper Punch, Glass Drinking Glass, Votive Candle, Ruler, Scissors, Pencil, Rubber Band, Thread

Step-by-Step Instructions

Repeat process for all 4 votive candle covers. Let dry completely.

Step 2

Squeeze glue to center of cut-outs. Place thread across the glue.

Gather scrapbook paper, drinking glass, votive candle, ruler, scissors, pencil, rubber band, thread.

Step 4

Step 4

Cut scrapbook paper to fit around drinking glass, overlapping 1/2 inch. Punch along edges of paper to create a design. Lay aside punched cut-outs for garland.

Step 5

Squeeze glue to one end of punched paper.

Step 6

Wrap paper around glass to adhere ends together.

Step 7

Step 7

Hold adhered paper together with rubber band.

Step 8

Step 8

Place second cut-outs on top of thread and glue. Repeat to create a garland.
