Cover round MDF or ply with velvet paper.
Cover soft pipe with satin ribbon and lace and stick it on the edge of MDF using Glue Gun.
Similarly cover the pole on MDF with satin ribbon and lace.
Drape net fabric like tent over the pole.
Stick the flowers.
Arrange series light all over.
