Have fun with Book Lover’s Day and make a tote to carry your favorite books. Fabric markers make this project simple and vibrant on a simple canvas bag that you will enjoy for years.
Bright Fabric Markers, Fabric Tote Bag, Pencil, Ruler, Paper, Scissors
Gather supplies; fabric tote bag, pencil, ruler, paper and scissors.
Use an alphabet stencil, print out letters from computer, or hand draw letters and pair of glasses on paper. Cut out, and trace onto the bag with a pencil.
Use black (or your color choice) to paint the glasses.
Paint the lettering with blue and purple markers (or your color choice). Let dry.
Go back over any missed areas with markers to blend completely. Let Dry.
