Elegant name-plate to decorate the entrance.
Fevicryl Shilpkar, Fevicol MR, Fevicryl Sunflower Kit, Newspapers
Take Fevicryl Shilpkar, mix the resin base and hardener evenly to form even dough. You may sprinkle little talcum powder on your hands to avoid sticking.
To make border for the name-plate, take Shilpkar dough and roll it in thick long coil. Flatten the coil and stick on the name-plate border using Fevicryl no Stitch Fabric Glue. Mark lines on the border using paper cutter. Refer picture.
To make the Lord Ganesha figure, take Shilpkar dough and shape it in oval shape and stick it on name-plate with Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric glue to form the stomach. Prick it with toothpick to form naval. To make legs, take shilpkar dough and roll 2 drop shapes. Stick them as legs with thin part down. Pinch the thin part to flatten and shape it as feet. Make lines to show garment folds with toothpick. Similarly make hands. Refer picture.
To make face and trunk, take Shilpkar dough and roll it in a longer drop shape. Stick the face and slightly fold the thin tip to form trunk folding. Take two small balls of shilpkar dough, flatten them and stick as ears. Mark the eyes, trunk and ears with toothpick. Refer picture. Leave to harden.
Paint the Ganesha using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Orange and Crimson. Leave to dry.
Paint the name-plate using Fevicryl Pearl Colour- White and Spring Green Leave to dry. Make spiral design on the name plate using Fevicryl Pearl Metallic Colour- Green. Leave to dry.
Paint the border using Fevicryl Pearl Metallic Colour- Gold. Stick decorative stones on the border using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue. Leave to dry.
Lightly write the name on the name-plate using pencil. Paint the name using thick lines of Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Pearl Metallic- Gold. Leave to dry.
