Quilled Hello Kitty
Fevicol MR, Fevicol A+, A4 sheet, Paper Quilling Strips, Slotted Quilling Tool, Quilling Board, Super Quiller, Pencil
Take an A4 sheet. Draw Hello kitty Picture on the sheet with pencil.
Take quilled strips, then roll it in required shapes. Attach all the quilled rolls to the shape.
