These Decoupaged bottles have a theme behind and are not just decor items, but memorabilia for the connoisseurs.
Themed pictures color xeroxed, Fevicol MR, Clear Varnish and a good pair of small scissors.
Cut the themed images fine and accurately. Then stick on the bottle using Fevicol MR or Modge Podge. Follow this by applying Fevicol as a top coat.
After it dries, start the varnish process using Clear Synthetic Varnish. It takes a day to dry. Keep giving coats of varnish every day till the surface appears smooth to the touch.
