Fevicryl Fabric Colours, Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Gold, Plain white fabric, decorative lace
Take plain white fabric and trace the design. Apply shades of blue colour using the Fevicryl Fabric Colours.
Put out line using Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Metallic Gold. Stick the decorative lace using Fabric Glue
