Materials Needed

Quilling strips,Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue,Scissors,Quilling Tools 

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Make circular shape from quilling strips  to form the head .(Colour of our choice.)

Step 2

Make 3 cone Quilling shapes for the hands & the body.

Step 3

Roll black strips to form the hairy frills.

Step 4

Make medium sized circles and press them into the tool to get a cup shaped pattern to form the head .
