Take a wooden coaster Give a base coat of light blue made by mixing Acrylic Colour - Cerulean Blue and White Leave it to dry
Mix Shilpkar Resin Base and Hardener to make a homogeneous white dough Leave it for 5 mins Roll the dough in a 2mm thick slab using a rolling pin You may roll the dough on an OHP sheet so as to remove the mosaic chips easily from the surface Draw a square grid with each square measuing 1 x 1 cm Cut the squares using a sharp paper cutter Leave it to dry completely
Remove the squares from the OHP sheet once dry Arrange the square chips on the coaster in a fish pattern and stick them using No Stitch Fabric Glue
Colour the chips in Acrylic Colour - Crimson, Chrome Yellow and Orange or in the colours of your choice Paint the googly eyes and the smile in Acrylic Colour - Black and White Draw few bubbles around the fish
