Materials Needed

Fevicryl 3D Outliner Red 701, Yellow 703, Light Green 704, Orange 705, White 707, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Paper Canvas, Black Poplin Fabric, Scissors, Foil Mirrors, Pencil, Black Cord, Needle and Thread, Earring Attachments

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Take the yellow, orange glass beads and kawri shells.
  • Attach the beads and shells with needle and threads.
  • Refer to the image.

  • Attach the black cord to the choker with the silver bead and the earring attachments neatly.
  • Your choker will look like this.

Step 3

  • We are going to make the choker for the festival of Navaratri using fabric, 3D outliner, foil mirrors, beads and kawri shells.
  • Take the piece of Black fabric and the paper canvas measuring approximately 1 ½” broad.
  • Cover the paper canvas with black fabric by securing the ends with Fabric Glue.
  • Similarly mark and cut the squares for the earrings also.

  • Draw and paint the simple design inspired from the Kutchi Bharat work using foil mirrors sticking with Fabric Glue and 3D Outliner Red 701, Yellow 703, Light Green 704, Orange 705 and White 707.
  • Let it dry completely.
