Here is a quirky mixed media canvas to brighten up your day and more so if you are a music lover. Read more to know how was this made.
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, White 27, Neon Pink 018, Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Pearl Metallic Gold 352, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, 12” X 16” Fine Art Canvas Board, Fine Art Brushes, A3 White Paper, Yellow Carbon Paper, Pencil, Cotton, Scissors, Colour Palette, Water Container
• We are going to make the mixed media canvas with the painting of the chimpanzee hearing the music with headphones. • Take an A3 white paper draw the chimpanzee on it. • Take the canvas measuring 12” x 16” in size. • Trace the same design on it with yellow carbon paper.
• Paint the chimps with Acrylic Colours Black 02, White 27 and Neon Pink 018. • Leave it to dry.
• Paint the background with Acrylic Colours Black 02. • Let it dry.
• Take the cotton. Take out the thin layer of the cotton from the bundle. • Stick the cotton on the body of the chimps to depict fur of the chimps using Fabric Glue. • Let it dry.
• We are going to make the headphones with mixed media using corrugated box flap, bottle caps. • Take the material to make the headphones. • Refer to the image.
• Arrange the material and stick it using Fabric Glue. • Let it dry. • Paint the head phones with Acrylic Colours Black 02 and Pearl Metallic Gold 352. • Let it dry.
• Attach the headphones and the old waste wire aesthetically on the ear of the chimp using Fabric Glue. • Refer to the image.
• Write letter “ i” on the top side corner of the canvas with Chrome Yellow 03. • Let it dry completely.
