Take a stainless steel dinner plate
Take a piece of canvas sheet Place the plate on the canvas sheet and trace the base circle of the steel plate You may also measure the circumference of the base of the plate and then draw the circle on the canvas sheet using a compass
You can see the canvas cutout circle on the plate to get an ideas of the size
Make 2 such circles
Take the Background Stencil with a floral pattern Place the stencil on one of the cut circles and trace the design using a pencil

Cut out the flowers from the traced pattern to make a cutwork floral design
Paint the cutwork design in a shade of orange made by mixing Water Based - Glittering Glass Colours - Tomato Red and Golden Yellow Leave it to dry Paint another circle with Acrylic Sparkling Pearl Colour - Turquoise Blue and let it dry
Take the steel plate and sponge dab Acrylic Sparkling Pearl Colour - Turquoise Blue on the plate Leave it to dry
Stick the canvas circle with a cutwork floral design on the blue painted circle using No Stitch Fabric Glue Leave it to dry
Stick the canvas design on the painted plate with Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue Leave it to dry
Enhance the pooja thali by bordering small sized round shaped orange ornamental stones on the canvas and white ornamental stones on the plate Stick tear drop shaped orange ornamental stones using No Stitch Fabric Glue to complete the look and leave it to dry
