Materials Needed

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Pearl Metallic - Gold 352, Copper 353, Fevicryl Mouldit, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Corrugated Sheet, Plywood (For Base 11” x 15” Approximately), Pencil, Paper Cutter, Ruler, Clay Carving Tools, A3 White Paper, OHP Sheet, Colour Palette, Water Container

Step-by-Step Instructions

Take a corrugated sheet of paper (10”x 16”) and cut a shape that has festive arches, like you see in the image, using a sharp paper cutter. Draw the demarcations for the patterns to be done later.

Take Fevicryl Mouldit – resin base & hardener, mix well to form an even soft dough.

Take a sheet of paper and make an ornate pattern, place an OHP sheet over it and follow the pattern with delicate strings of clay. Cut and stick this delicate pattern on the backrest of the asana using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.

Take a plywood of 11” x 15” which would form the base as the asana.

Paint with Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Pearl Metallic - Gold 352 & Copper 353 giving a metallic finish to it.
