Colorful Paper
Fevicol
Take a newspaper , make thin sticks by rolling them according to the size you want
After making 8 newspaper sticks of equal size , paste them as shown in the picture with the help of fevicol or glue gun
Now make paper flowers of your choice and paste them as shown in the image , your wall hanging is ready!!
