Stained Glass Floral Design
Hobby Ideas Water Based - Glass Colours - Golden Yellow 852, Pink 856, Crystal Green 854, Sea Blue 853, White 858, Fine Art Canvas Board 10x12” Size, A4 Sized White Coloured Paper, Design Sheet, Yellow Carbon Paper, Pencil
Take a canvas board measuring 10” x 12” in size.
Draw a floral stained glass design on an A4 sized white paper. Trace the drawing on the canvas using yellow carbon paper.
Outline the drawing using Hobby Ideas Glass Outliner - Black. Let it dry.
Paint the motif using Water Based - Glass Colours - Pink, Crystal Green and Golden Yellow.
The background for the lotus motif is painted in a marbelled effect using Water Based - Glass Colours – Sea Blue and White.
To create the marbelled effect sqeeze out blue and white colour in the area to be painted. Slowly with the nozzle of the bottle mix the colours in round movements creating a marbelled effect.
Paint the gap between the 2 circles with Glass Colours - Golden Yellow and the background with Sea Blue as shown in the picture. Leave it to dry.
