Materials Needed

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Crimson 04, Maroon 14, Violet 25, White 27, Fine Art Canvas 8” X 8”, Fine Art Brushes, Pencil, A3 White Paper, Black Carbon Paper, Colour Palette, Water Container

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

  • We are going to paint the canvas with the design of old stamps.
  • We have taken two old stamps design one is with British King George VI and the second with the Maharaja of Jaipur on it.
  • Take A3 white papers, draw the design of the old stamps with details on it in the size of the canvas.

  • Take 2 canvas measuring 8” X 8” in size.

  • Paint the tea wash on the canvas to give away the old look by adding little amount of Acrylic Colour Burnt sienna 01.
  • Let it dry completely.

Step 4

  • Trace the same design on the canvas with Black carbon paper.
  • Refer to the image.

Step 5

Step 5

  • Paint the design with Acrylic Colours Black 02, Crimson 04, Maroon 14, Violet 25 and White 27.
  • Leave it to dry completely.
  • Your stamp design canvas will look like this.
