Materials Needed

Fevicryl Shilpkar Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Crimson 04, Prussian Blue 19, Chrome Yellow 03, Dark Green 06, Orange 17, Black 02, White 27 Fevicryl 3D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter- Gold 401 Fevicryl Shilpkar Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue Fine Art Brushes Pallet. Plate,Design,White Cotton Fabric,Carbon paper,Pencil,Talcum powder,Decorative sequences and stones.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Draw or trace the design on the white cotton fabric.

Step 2

Paint the design using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours- Crimson, Prussian Blue, Dark Green, Orange, White and outline with Black. Paint the plate using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Chrome Yellow. Leave to dry.

Step 3

Cut the painted design from the fabric and stick it on the centre of the painted plate using Fevicryl No-Stitch Fabric Glue. Paint the border of the design using Fevicryl 3D Outliner Non-Sticky Glitter- Gold. Leave to dry.

Step 4

Take Fevicryl Shilpkar, mix the resin base and hardener evenly to form even dough. You may sprinkle little talcum powder on your hands to avoid sticking.

Step 5

To make border design on the plate, take Shilpkar dough and roll it in thin long coil. Stick the coil in a zig-zag pattern on the border of the plate using Fevicryl No-Stitch Fabric Glue. Refer picture. Leave to harden. Paint the zig-zag border using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Black.

Step 6

Decorate the aarti plate with decorative sequences and stones. Stick them using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue.
