I created this Peacock Vase using Quilling Strips, you can also use a smaller version of it as a Pen Holder/Penstand.
Fevicol MR, Paper Quilling Strips, Slotted Quilling Tool, Super Quiller.
I prepared quilling pieces and joined them by Fevicol MR to create flower shape. Than I assembled these flowers and created a peacock shape. I made a small basket, kept inside it so we can keep flowers or use it as a pen stand.
