Long legged swan.
Fine Art Canvas Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Sky Blue 63, Lemon Yellow 11, Sap Green 21, Orange 17, Burnt Sienna 01, Dark Green 06, White 27,Black 02. Fevicryl Shilpkar Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue Fine Art Brushes Pallet. Talcum powder,Paper cutter,Sponge,Toothpick,Design,Carbon paper,Pencil.
Draw or trace the design on the canvas.
Sponge dab Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Sky Blue, White and very little Lemon Yellow in the sky area on the canvas. Apply a thick layer of Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue in the area of sun, after it completely dries paint it using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Orange.
Take Fevicryl Shilpkar, mix the resin base and hardener evenly to form even dough. You may sprinkle little talcum powder on your hands to avoid sticking.
To make swan, apply Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue on the swan drawing, spread Shilpkar dough on it according to the body shape. For the wings fringes, neck and legs, roll Shilpkar dough in thin coils and stick. Mark the lines and dots in the body and wings using paper cutter and toothpick. Refer picture.
To make grass, roll Shilpkar dough in thin coils and stick them using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue. Roll Shilpkar dough in flat round stones and stick them using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue.
After the Shilpkar hardens, paint the swan, grass and stones using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- , Lemon Yellow, Sap Green, Burnt Sienna , Dark Green, White,Black. Leave to dry.
