Materials Needed

Fevicryl Shilpkar,Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Deep Brilliant Purple 64, Dark Green 06, Light Green 12,Fevicryl Pearl Metallic Colour- Gold 352,Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue,Fine Art Brushes,Palette. Terracotta pots, Talcum powder, Pencil.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Wash and dry the pot. Draw a line around the neck of the pot.

Step 2

Paint the upper part using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Deep Brilliant Purple. Leave to dry.

Step 3

Paint the lower part of the pot using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Dark Green. Leave to dry.

Step 4

Take Fevicryl Shilpkar, mix the resin base and hardener evenly to form even dough. You may sprinkle little talcum powder on your hands to avoid sticking.

Step 5

To make flowers, take shilpkar dough and roll it in long coil. Roll the coil in a circular form. Stick it on the pot as flower using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue. Similarly stick a coil as stem. Leave to harden.

Step 6

Paint the stem and paint leaves using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Light Green. Paint the flowers using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Deep Brilliant Purple and Fevicryl Pearl Metallic Colour- Gold. Refer picture. Leave to dry.

Step 7

Apply 2-3 coats of Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue on the whole piece to get a glossy look. Leave to dry.
