Rajasthani folk art form in a very simplifiedform.
Fevicryl Shilpkar,Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- White 27,Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue,Fine Art Brushes,Palette. MDF board, Mirrors, Talcum powder, Design, Carbon paper, Pencil.
Draw or trace the design on the MDF board.
Take Fevicryl Shilpkar, mix the resin base and hardener evenly to form even dough. You may sprinkle little talcum powder on your hands to avoid sticking.
Take shilpkar dough and roll it in even long coils. Stick the coils on the design using Fevicryl No Stitch fabric Glue. Leave to harden.
Paint the whole MDF board using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- White. Give 2-3 coats. Allow drying between two coats.
Stick the mirrors on the MDF board according to the design using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue.
