Paper Quilling craft
Decoupage round placemat, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue, Quilling Strips, Slotted Quilling Tool, Glitter paper/Foam sheet, transparent or OHP Sheet.
Cut a glitter paper/foam according to the size of your choice of decoupage board frame. Make sure that you mark the area for picture to be placed and cut the paper/foam accordingly before sticking it.
Stick the glitter paper on the board using Fabric Glue, keeping a slit open for the picture to slide in and out. Stick a OHP or Transparent Sheet in the Picture cutout area.
Choose a peacock quilling design that fits your frame artistically and create the quilling designs.
Fill in the extra open areas within the feathers by using different shapes of quilling designs to give a fuller look. You can then insert the desired photograph in it.
