Make this cute little quilling smurf doll easily!!!!!
Quilling strips, Slotted Quilling tool, Fevicol MR, Googly eyes
Make the head, cap, dress, hands and legs of the doll using different coloured Quilling Strips.
Stick all the parts together with Fevicol MR strongly and allow it to dry overnight. There you go, your Quilling doll is ready !!!!!
