Even though ikat’s roots are elsewhere, it’s existence in India can be dated back to the 7th century. Over the centuries multiple regions in India has developed their own distinct style of this textile weaving art form.
This bottle art is made using Fevicryl paints and is inspired from the different styles of ikat developed in India.
