12 days of ornament: 8 maid a-milking

Step 1

• Cover the button with the fabric
• Use Fevicryl Fabric Glue to stick it
• Let it dry

Step 2

• Draw the silhouette of the maid on a foam sheet and cut it using scissors
• Make a loop out of cotton yarn and apply some Fevicryl Fabric Glue near the head of the maid

Step 3

• Take the wooden button covered with fabric and stick them face for the maid as seen in the image
• Place the loop in between the foam sheet and button as seen
• Use Fevicryl Fabric Glue to stick them
• Let it dry

Step 4

• Draw the sleeves of the maid on felt sheet and cut it out using scissors
• Cut the handles of the bucket, palm of the maid and stick them in their designated place using Fevicryl Fabric Glue
• Let it dry

Step 5

• Draw the skirt and top of the maid on felt sheet and foam sheet respectively and cut it out using scissors
•  stick them in their designated place using Fevicryl Fabric Glue
• Let it dry

Step 6

• Draw the apron and belt of the maid on felt sheet and cut it out using scissors
•  Stick them in their designated place using Fevicryl Fabric Glue
• Let it dry

Step 7

• Draw the bucket on felt sheet and cut it out using scissors
•  Stick them in their designated place using Fevicryl Fabric Glue
• Let it dry

Step 8

• Draw a maid carrying milk measuring 12cm
• Use a pencil to draw

Step 9

• Take a button and cut a piece of cotton fabric keeping the measurement of the button in mind

Step 10

• Cut 1”x1.5” piece of felt and stick it on the head of the maid as seen in the image
• draw the shoe on felt sheet and cut it out using scissors
•  stick them in their designated place using Fevicryl Fabric Glue
• Let it dry
• Draw eyes, mouth and the detailing of the whole ornament using fevicryl 3d outliners
• Let it dry

The maid a-milking ornament is ready to be hung on the Christmas tree!
