Materials Needed

Photoframe with flat surface, Small size balloons(Water balloons), Flower(optional), Fevikwik/Hot glue gun

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Take any photo frame that has flat surface border

Step 2

Take small balloons that are usually water balloons of holi festival. Take handmade or any small flowers to decorate (optional)

Step 3

Arrange the colorful balloons and flowers.. When you're satisfied with arrangements. Take Fevikwik or hot glue gun start sticking them. Done!! Your Beautiful colourful frame is ready...
