Materials Needed

Fevicryl - Water Based - Glass Colours - Orange 860, Crystal Green 854, Fevicryl 3D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter - Gold 401, Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Non Sticky - Blue 702, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fevicryl Pearl Metallic - Silver 351, Fine Art Canvas Sheet - 16” x 20”, Golden Lace, Sponge, Scissors, OHP Sheets, Drawing Sheet, Yellow Carbon Paper, Pencil, Eraser

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Take 2 OHP sheets and colour them individually using Fevicryl - Water Based - Glass Colours - Orange 860 for one sheet and Crystal Green 854 for the second sheet.

Leave it to dry.

Step 3

Cut horizontal random wavy strips from the coloured OHP sheet.

Outline all the wavy strips using Fevicryl 3D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter - Gold 401.

Take a fine art canvas sheet measuring 16” x 20” and sponge dab it completely using Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fevicryl Pearl Metallic - Silver 351. Arrange the strips on the sponge dabbed canvas in a random manner keeping a gap in the centre as shown in the image.

Stick the golden lace along the length of the canvas using Fevicryl Fabric Glue to give a finished look to the Independence Day banner.

Step 7

Trace “Happy Independence Day” in the centre area using yellow carbon paper.

Outline the words using Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Non Sticky - Blue 702 to complete the poster.
