Materials Needed

Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Cotton Fabric (You Will Need About 3 Meters Of Cotton Fabric In Assorted Colours) Pencil, Ruler, Scissors

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Cut strips of cloth measuring 1"-1/2" thick along the length of the fabric.

Step 2

Plait the fabric strips. To make the base of the vase coil the plait and stick it with Fevicryl Fabric Glue. You will need a circle of about 5" in diameter for the base.

Step 3

Now start coiling the plaits upwards with one layer coming on top of the other and stick them with Fevicryl Fabric Glue.

Step 4

The place where the plait ends, should be pushed a little inside to hide the knot and stick the knot with Fabric Fabric Glue.Let it dry. Similarly make plaits with the blue fabric.

Step 5

Stick the blue plait next to the grey plait with the knot pushed a little inside.Coil the plaits upwards as shown.

Step 6

Similarly join the plaits made in different shades of blue fabric to complete the vase. You may join the plaits in the manner you want to shape your vase.
