Materials Needed

Fevicryl Glass Colours Water Based – Brown, Crystal Green, Golden Yellow, Fevicryl Acrylic Colours – Black 02, Crimson 04, Lemon Yellow 11, Light Green 12, White 27, Fevicryl Liquid Embroidery Glitter - Gold 401, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Colour Palette,Water Container, A5 Sized Thick White Card Paper, OHP Sheets, Pencil, Ruler, Scissors

Step-by-Step Instructions

Take an OHP sheet and measure two rectangles of 6" x 2" in size Cut out the rectangles

Draw the outline for one of the rectangles using Liquid Embroidery Glitter - Gold Draw a brick wall pattern within the outlines Fill in Glass Colour - Brown for the bricks While colouring with glass colours if any air bubbles appear burst them using a brush tip or a toothpick Leave it to dry Once the glass colour has dried, draw an outline using Liquid Embroidery Glitter - Gold overlapping the first one and place the other OHP cut out on that Leave it to dry

For this bookmark we have outlined the OHP sheet using Liquid Embroidery Glitter - Gold Spread some glitter gold inside the outlines and randomply paint it using green and yellow glass colours Once dried, stick the other OHP sheet on the painted one

Or mix just a little of green and yellow glass colours to create a marbelled effect

Take a card paper Draw a snail in the size that can fit on the bookmark done in an OHP sheet Colour the snail using Light Green made by mixing Acrylic Colours – Lemon Yellow and Light Green or the colour of your choice Colour the shell brown made by mixing Crimson and Light Green Colour the eyes and the smile using appropriate colours Leave it to dry Stick the snail on the upper egde of the bookmark and let it dry
