Bottle Art with 3D Outliner and Liquid Embroidery
Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner, Glitter Colours.
Trace the design on the tinted wine bottle with a yellow carbon
Fill in designs with 3d colours. Outline the design with liquid embroidery
On the larger areas of the design using liquid embroidery make details.
Repeat step 3 till u get desired embossed effect. Layer it 2 to 3 times noting the colour combinations.
