Take an A4 size grey or brown coloured card paper Fold the paper in the centre to make the card If you want a squarish shaped card then cut it accordingly
Take glitter paper sheet Draw few heart shapes of different sizes Cutout the hearts
Stick the hearts in an arrangement as shown in the image using Fevicol MR You may choose the arrangement as per your choice
