Materials Needed

Fevicryl Soft Acrylic Colour - Black 202, Fevicryl Soft Acrylic Colours Pearl Metallic Gold 352, Bronze 355, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Canvas Sheet, Fine Art Brushes, Colour Palette, Jute Yarn, Pencil, Ruler, Scissors, Colourful Wooden Beads, Water Container.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Take a canvas sheet, draw and cut a circle of 12 inches in diameter

Measure and draw an inner circle of 9 inches in diameter

Paint the inner circle by mixing Fevicryl Soft Acrylic Colours Pearl Metallic - Gold 352 and Bronze 355 The outer circle with Fevicryl Soft Acrylic Colour - Black 202 and Pearl Metallic Gold 352 Leave it to dry

Take a jute yarn and make long plaits

Make a coil from a jute cord measuring about 3 inches in diameter Stick the jute cord using Fevicryl Fabric Glue while making a coil

Stick the coil in the centre of the mat with Fevicryl Fabric Glue You may make the coil directly on the mat itself by applying a layer of Fabric Glue on the mat and then coiling the jute cord on the canvas Make a floral pattern around the coil with jute using Fevicryl Fabric Glue. Refer the image.

Build a second layer of petals in a similar manner using a jute cord Border the floral pattern with the previously made plait and stick it with Fevicryl Fabric Glue Leave it to dry

Repeat the floral pattern once again with the plaited border To make it colourful stick different coloured wooden beads with Fevicryl Fabric Glue Leave it to dry
