Cheap n easy craft
Fevicol MR, Old bell, Plastic wrap or thin plastic paper, Celotape, Colour n decorations
Take an old bell keep wrapping sheets of old plastic paper sticking it with cello tape as u go round the bell once u have wrapped 6 to 7 layers or more secure tightly with cello tape all around make sure u seal all edges then remove the bell from inside cut extra corners n shape spray paint or use glitter...ribbons etc to decorate.
