Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Crepe Papers (White and Pink Coloured), Kite Papers (Dark Pink and Light Pink Coloured), Ornamental Stone - Flower Shaped, Half Cut Pearls, Thread, Flower Making Green Tape, Flower Making Wire, Scissors.
We are now going to teach you how to make flowers with crepe paper step by step which would be basic and simple. Take crepe and kite papers to make the paper flowers. Cut each paper in a rectangular shape that measures 8”x 6” in size. Take two shades of your choice together to make a fan-fold, to get two shades of flowers. Refer to the image.
Tie each fan-fold in the centre using a thread.
Cut the triangular shape towards the end of each fan-fold to get the effect of pointed flower petals.
Open each fanfold and stick the two opposite ends using Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry. When you stick the ends, the flowers would look like this. Refer to the image
Make about 6 such flowers to make a bouquet of flowers. Enhance the centre of each flower by sticking flower shaped ornamental stones along with the half cut pearl using Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry.
Take the flower making wire along with the flower making tape to make the stems for the flower. Attach the wire to the base of the flower and wind the tape on it.
Your flowers with the stems will look like this.
Arrange the bunch of paper flowers in a bottle or a vase and decorate your home space accordingly. This project taught you how to make flowers with crepe paper.
