Fevicryl Fabric Colours - Chrome Yellow 203, White 227, Coral Red 266, Greenery 267, Teal Blue 268, Fine Art Brushes, Water Container, Colour Palette, A4 White Paper, Red And White Carbon Papers, Pencil.
Take 3 plain cushion covers of your choice, they can be plain or coloured but devoid any print as we are going to customise it by painting on them.
Deciding on a pattern or theme would depend on your décor and colour schemes that you would have in mind. We have chosen floral motifs of a different kind and coloured cushion covers (2 yellow and 1 orange), do refer to the image above. Begin by tracing the motifs on the cushion covers using red carbon paper as the pair above are yellow cushion covers so that the tracings are legible. Once traced, the cushion covers can now be painted, using Fabric Colours – Coral Red 266, Teal Blue 268.
Take the 3rd orange cushion cover, trace the motifs on it using a white carbon paper, once again a different carbon paper so that the tracings are legible. Now, paint the floral motifs using Fabric Colours – Chrome Yellow 203 with a tinge of White 227, Greenery 267 and Teal Blue 268. Leave the cushions covers to dry thoroughly.
Here you have your set 3 cushion covers painted daintily with floral motifs. It is one of the most satisfying experiences to have made something by hand and hand painted.
