Take an MDF wooden decoupage tissue box
Colour the tissue box in a very light blue colour made by mixing Acrylic Colours Cerulean Blue and White Let it dry Draw a dotted line like a running stitch in Acrylic Colour - White on the border on the top of the tissue box Stick the card embellishments on the tissue box in an arrangement of your choice
Stick the felt squares, cutouts of the letters " BABY" and the car on the tissue box with sequins.
Stick the other motifs on the lateral sides of the tissue box to complete the look
