Materials Needed

Decoupage Paper, Volume Decoupage Sheets, Photo frame, Tissue paper, Modge Podge Satin/Goss, Fevicol MR, Decorative items

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Take a blank photo frame, apply white tissue paper all over with fevicol,let it dry,

Step 2

Take decoupage sheet and paste it on the frame.let it dry .

Step 3

Then make cut outs of Volume Decoupage flowers, give them shape using tools and pate on the frame. Apply a coat of Modge Podge to the frame and let it dry.
