Fevicryl Liquid Embroidery Cone Yellow 703, Light Green 704, Orange 705, White, Plain leggings
Wash dry and Iron your leggings. Trace the desired design. Place a newspaper beneath the area to be painted. Outline the design with Liquid Embroidery colours of your choice.
