Celebrate the festival of lights with this handmade simple and colorful diwali lantern.
Fevicryl Glass Colors, 3D Outliner Glitter Gold, Fevicol Power, OHP sheet, golden thread, pencil, paper, single hole punch
Draw the wavy lines and diya design on paper. Place OHP sheet on the design and trace the outline of design using Fevicryl 3D Outliner Glitter Gold. (you can directly paint the design instead of doing it on paper first) Leave to dry.
Fill Fevicryl Glass Colours in the design as per your choice of color. Leave to dry.
Roll the OHP sheet into a cylinder and stick the edges using Fevicol Power glue. leave to dry.
Punch holes on the top edge of the OHP sheet using single hole punch. For hanging the lantern, pass golden thread through the holes and tie a knot. Refer main image. Hang a bulb inside the lantern.
