Materials Needed

Fevicryl Neon Acrylic Colour, Cardboard, Fine Art Brushes, Fevicryl Acrylic Colour White, Fevicryl 3D Outliners

Step-by-Step Instructions

Cut the carboard in the diya shape as shown in the picture

Step 2

Step 2

Paint with Fevicryl Acrylic Colour White and leave it to dry.

Step 3

Step 3

Now paint with Fevicryl Neon Acrylic colours

Step 4

Step 4

Enhance the diya rangoli with Fevicryl 3D Outliner as shown in the picture.
