Materials Needed

Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliners - White (707), Yellow (703), Orange (705), Red (701), Pearl Blue (305), Green (704), Fevicryl Acrylic Colour - Black 02, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brush, OHP sheet, Design sheet, PVC Pipe with Diameter of 9cm,

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Place the design sheet under the OHP sheet.

Step 2

Paint the PVC pipe with Acrylic Black.

Step 3

Stick the OHP sheet on the PVC pipe using Fabric Glue

Step 4

Close the bottom by pasting a thick cardboard using Fabric Glue.

Step 5

Close the bottom with a thick cardboard
