Materials Needed

Fevicryl Sunflower Kit, Kwick Krack, Fine Art Brushes, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue, Half round MDF, Scissors, Palette, Pencil.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Take sheet from the Canvas Pad and cut the canvas as per the size and shape of the half round MDF. Stick the canvas on the MDF using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue.

Step 2

Paint the background using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Lemon and a mixture of Yellow and White. Leave to dry.

Step 3

On the painted background apply a medium layer of Kwick Krack. Refer the Kwick Krack bottle for usage instructions. Leave the solution to stand for approximate 10 mins. Paint with slight watery colours over the Kwick Krack using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours- Sap Green and a mixture of Lemon Yellow and Orange. Remember that the cracks will be formed in the direction of the brush movement. So you must plan your brush strokes before starting to paint the top colour. Leave to dry Completely.

Step 4

On the painted background apply a medium layer of Kwick Krack. Refer the Kwick Krack bottle for usage instructions. Leave the solution to stand for approximate 10 mins. Paint with slight watery colours over the Kwick Krack using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours- Sap Green, Lemon Yellow + Orange. Remember that the cracks will be formed in the direction of the brush movement. So you must plan your brush strokes before starting to paint the top colour. Leave to dry Completely.

Step 5

Paint the flowers using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours- Violet, Deep Brilliant Purple, White. Paint the leaves using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours- Sap Green, Lemon Yellow. Paint few tendrils using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Sap Green. Leave to dry.

Step 6

Variation: You can follow the same technique and decorate the Napkin Holder.
