Attractive Flower created using Neon Liners, this can be kept in drawing room with Indoor plants, it's gives ur interior a classic and cool look
Fevicryl 3D Neon Liner, Fevicryl Acrylic colour Balck, Pencil, Scissor.
Take a Blank Paper strip roll and paint it with Black Base Acrylic colour.
With the help of pencil make some beutiful designs on the painted roll, and to then with the help of 3D Neon Outliner draw the design over it.
