Take a ready wooden " FRIEND " photoframe
Give a base coat of Acrylic Colour - Golden Yellow You may give two coats for an even look Leave it to dry
Take 5mm quilling strips in the colours of your choice Run the strip through the paper crimper to get a corrugated effect (wavy effect )
Draw diagonal checkered pattern on the coloured photoframe lightly with pencil Cut and stick the crimped paper strips using No Stitch Fabric Glue along the checkered pattern drawn Each square in the checkered pattern is further lined with another crimped paper strip to form a layer of paper inside
Punch a few flowers in the colours of your choice from the coloured paper Place the bunch of flowers at the angles / intersection of the squares
Each bunch of flower is made using a big flower, a small flower and the sequins on top
