Handmade card done with minimum supplies. A nice card for any occasion for a loved one you could make one for this Mother's Day.
Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fevicol MR,Cardstock or handmade paper for the card, Construction paper/card-stock paper for the hearts. Scrapbook paper or card-stock paper for the strips, Scissors
As you move around to complete, adjust the heart shapes so it starts to look like a flower. Once the flower is done, fix a pearl (I have done so!) or any other embellishment in the centre of the flower.
Your flower made of hearts is ready to win hearts!
Lay the folded hearts down one by one on one and secure them on one side with the pointed shape facing it with the help of glue. I have placed my two hearts of one color together. Make sure that you apply glue only at the bottom part of the heart and not to the entire heart.
Cut the desired size card stock/ handmade paper for the card. I have taken a size of 13.5 *16. 5 cms. Then cut the heart shaped flower by folding the construction paper/card stock paper in half and cutting the shape of a heart. I used paper of 4 cm * 4 cm. Once you have the heart shaped, use this as a template to cut the rest of the hearts. You can also use a heart punch if you have one.
I have cut 2 heart shapes of one color and a total of 18 hearts for this project. If you want to, you can use just 1 – 2 colors.
Cut 3 strips of scrapbook/card-stock paper 1.5 cms and paste them diagonally as in the photo.
